Offer validation

This consultation is for employers who need support navigating the Employer Portal in order to validate the foreign worker's job offer.
Before booking, please consider the following information:

• We recommend booking your consultation at least 2 days ahead of time. Once you book, you will receive an automatic email with a checklist of required documents and information that you will need to have ready for the time of the call. Booking in advance gives you time to gather said information.
• Talk to your foreign worker and if necessary to their consultant to make sure that all the necessary adjustments were made to the job offer before or at the time of this call. If the job offer is not at the standard of immigration Canada, this can cause further delays and we might not be able to finish the validation process in this call.
• In accordance to the Law Society of Ontario, our booking system will ask the employer representative a few questions in order to verify your authority to act on behalf of the company. The information is collected for regulatory compliance purposes and will be kept strictly confidential.

Under the CICC code of ethics, we must require a consulting agreement that you must review and sign. Once you purchase this consultation, you will receive a link with the contract and the assigned consultant.
